This Bonanza owner was my good friend who passed away last December of
cancer. I introduced him to the prior owner in 2009, who I also knew
well, (a FedEx pilot and A&P) and he purchased N167JW in October
2009.
It has been maintained since 2009 by a top Beechcraft shop, Finefield Aviation, in Lake In The Hills, IL.

There
is a phenomenal amount of documentation that goes with the plane,
literally about 30 pounds worth! This includes Ad-Log binders, original
logbooks, flight manual supplements and documents on most of the items
added to the plane over the years. This is indicative of the high level
of care and fastidious record keeping done by the previous two owners over the last 30 years.

AdLog Maintenance Records starting in 1994, Flight Manual Supplements & Equipment Added Documentation
Logbooks from Day #1 & Original POH

Equipment Documentation
Understandably, any new owner will want to be making a plan for a new engine sometime in the coming future, however, HERE is what Mike Busch has to say about TBO.
Fuel Capacity: 74 Gallons Usable (37 Gallons Usable in Each Wing)
*Asking Price of $100,000
*Why $100K? Ask yourself if this plane had a new or 0 SMOH engine, would it be worth something near $150K in this market?
